Symantec/Norton DNS

I just found out today Norton joined the fray and is now providing free DNS service. But unlike others and I quote its website “The Norton DNS service works by filtering the DNS requests that are automatically created when you visit a Web page to determine if they are associated with fraud, spyware, malware or objectionable content such as pornography or violence.”
If this is true...I think this is a great move by them. Thank you very much. Also I was checking out their website for more information and now they offer to check your website and tag them as safe as well. I just signed up and will try to verify my company's website and will post how that goes.

So anyway their DNS address are
  • 198.153.192.1
  • 198.153.194.1
Also if you are looking for other alternatives I managed to compile a list

Verizon DNS servers
  • 4.2.2.1
  • 4.2.2.2
  • 4.2.2.3
  • 4.2.2.4
  • 4.2.2.5
  • 4.2.2.6
Google DNS servers
  • 8.8.8.8
  • 8.8.4.4
